AN290 / HARD REMAKED FRONT TUCK DENIM JACKET

70502XX 1stタイプのシルエットをベースに、ディティールをリファインしたベーシックなデニムジャケットです。

旧式力織機(シャトル織機)で織り立てたセルビッチデニム。生地のタテ糸には、インディゴロープ染色した程よいムラ形状の中白糸を使用。

ベースはリアルな中色エイジングで仕上げ、裾、袖を中心に激しくダメージを施し複数の当布でパッチワークリメイクしております。

更に最終仕上げで全体には汚し加工にてユーズド感を表現。

デニム生地のあて布に関しては、生地の段階で汚し加工するなど細部まで拘った1着。

※タンブラー乾燥のため、寸法に多少誤差がでることがあります。

※手作業による加工の為、一点一点仕上がりが異なります。

※インディゴ染料を使用した生地なので、洗濯時の色移りに気をつけてください。

This basic denim jacket is based on the 70502XX 1st type silhouette with refined details.

This selvedge denim is woven on an old-style power loom (shuttle loom). The warp of the fabric is indigo rope-dyed medium-white yarn with a moderately uneven shape.
After being sprayed with pigment, the fabric is washed to exquisitely remove the pigment, resulting in an uneven look. The fabric is then further stained.

The base is finished with a realistic medium color aging, and the hem and sleeves are heavily damaged and remade in patchwork with multiple pieces of this fabric.

Furthermore, the entire garment is stained to give it a used look.

As for the denim fabric, it is a piece of clothing that is detailed in the staining process at the stage of the fabric.

Because of the tumbler drying process, there may be slight variations in dimensions.

The finish of each item is different due to the manual processing.

Please be careful of color migration during washing as the fabric is dyed with indigo dye.
